Bishop Dr. Barrington E. Smith,

D.D., M.C.ED, B.SC.

We are pleased to present our Diocesan Bishop – Rev. Barrington Smith, we are so blessed to have such incredible leadership for the saints of the Outlook Gospel Lighthouse, since joining the 55th Episcopal District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World in 2023, we have been mightily blessed with godly fellowship and support.

Rev. Smith, as head of the P.A.W. of Canada, represents one of the original and oldest Apostolic Pentecostal Groups of the 20th century.

Father, Friend, Evangelist, Teacher, Preacher, Counsellor, Confidant, Intellectual are just a few of the adjectives that describe Dr. Barrington E Smith, Diocesan Bishop of the Canada District Council, Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. He carries a calm and cool confidence that brings a warm feeling to every environment he steps into. He has a very engaging smile that has lifted many out of depression, ministering strength to those who are weak while giving hope to those that feel hopeless.

Rev. Mitch McQuinn,

B.Th., M.T.S.

Rev. Mitch McQuinn is a powerful evangelist and Bible teacher and acts as the UPCI liaison for the Outlook Gospel Lighthouse, he is also the CFO of the Charitable Foundation of the Rev. D. L.McQuinn Memorial Foundation Inc. Located in Sudbury, Ontario he has a deep passion for the Word of God and to see people set free through the Gospel of Jesus Christ! !His church has experienced continual growth under his leadership and we are blessed to have him share the Apostolic methods of evangelism he used to produce such growth, feel free to join us during the special service and Zoom meeting.

Having earned a Bachelor of Theology (BTH) at Northeast Christian College, Pastor Mitch earned his Master of Theological Studies (MTS) at Urshan Graduate School of Theology in 2019.

Rev. McQuinn has a number of other certifications such as pre-marriage coaching from Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) and is a certified instructor with the Alcohol Chemical Treatment Series (A.C.T.S.) and Anger Management from Life in Focus.

If you are planning on Camping at the Farm – Camp commodations are an open field with limited services available – please come prepared for full independent camping or motor homing. There are motels near by and a provincial park for additional camping and motorhomes – please see the links below – we encourage everyone to book early to ensure you have a room or a camping spot.

1) Staying on the Farm –

The conference Friday Night Service will be held at the historic Anholt Farm

Camping spots will be available along with primitive services available i.e. port-a-potties and access to water – some limited electricity is available for those who register early.

2) Staying in the Local Motels –

Please see the Motels and accommodations below, all are within 10 minutes of the Farm.

Please call the Motels directly for available dates.

3) Airbnb’s are also available – again watch the distance and book early.
